Prices are inclusive of electricity and gas. Bed linen and tea towels are provided, but you should bring your own towels.
The weekly booking period is usually from 2pm on the Saturday of arrival until 10.30am on the Saturday of departure. It is a condition of letting that the flat is left in a tidy and clean condition. Sorry no pets or smoking.
The full amount of the rent due is to be paid four weeks in advance of arrival. In the event of cancellation, one third of the rent will be held as a non-refundable deposit (unless the cancelled booking is re-let).
