The holiday flat, which sleeps 4, is the upper flat in the house, having its own entrance by external stairs at the rear of the building.

The accommodation comprises:-

• Front Bedroom
• Back Bedroom
• Bathroom with combined Bath and Power Shower, heated Towel Rail
• large Hallway.

The whole flat is decorated and fitted to a high standard and is fully gas central-heated. Gas and electricity are both included in the Rental. The flat sleeps 4, having two single beds and one double bed.

The Living Room has a lovely view over Aberlady Bay/Nature Reserve and has a colour television with Freeview, a DVD player  and a CD/radio/cassette system. There is off-street parking and a small garden area.

The kitchen includes a freezer, fridge, washing machine and microwave as well as an electric oven and hob.
